Don't mix up serving size and calories. Just a tid bit of information for you ;)

I went to subway for the first time in over 3 years today. I ordered a salad because it sounded delicious. The line was long so I grabbed a nutritional menu while I waited and looked at the different amounts. Looked in MFP app to make my selection. Oddly, I couldn't find my double chicken salad that had 425 calories listed. Just picked one and went on with my life. Three hours later it was bothering me so I checked the menu I grabbed, checked online, researched the app. Did this about 4 times. Until about 30 minutes ago I didn't realize the item in the first column was the amount of grams in a serving size, not actually the amount of calories. It does in fact only have 200 and something calories, What da ya know.

Please tell me I am not the only one to make stupid mistakes like this. lol.
