Hello! I'm back but this time I'll talk!

My fitness pal has worked for me in the past but I've never engaged with the community and hope that actually communicating with real life people will give me more motivation and help me sustain for longer!
I'm also keen to help others, share tips, the highs and lows.

  • I am married with 2 kids. 3y/o and a 1y/o. I am 5'10" and I started at 280lbs. I want to get down to about 175lbs. I'm doing this for one reason and one reason only, to be able to watch my kids grow up.

    I too need to have some accountability in exercising and keep up with my food diary! This looks like a great way to encourage each other!
