Hey Felicia, my name is Shirley, I'm 52 years old and on January 19,2015 I had Bariatric surgery, it has been the best decision I've ever made for myself to loose weight, but I'm having troubles with the portion sizes cause I'm vomiting a lot. My husband thinks I'm eating to fast but I don't know how much I can slow down, I chew chew chew or still purée my food so that helps. I'd love someone just to chat with and encourage each other on our journey into weight lose.
