Can I lose weight just consuming 900cal

I eat 900 rarely, I try to stay a bit below. If I work out daily-ish from 3 to 4 days a week will I loose weight? It wont come off, I don't know what I am doing wrong!

Why are you eating only 900 cals? Why not eat the amount MFP suggests?0

And I would like to be helpful, but I always think the person is trolling.
Then I would feel like a jerk if the person is actually serious.
I know others will HAPPILY give you the advice you need.
Unless you're under ~5' tall, then good luck with that.

You will lose weight but it will back fire eventually and then your body will store most food as fat because its starving! It's not healthy but it's up to you. Your skin, nails, hair, bones, teeth and breath will suffer but it's your choice!0

How do you even function with 900cals + exercise? Calculate your TDEE and eat at a deficit depending on how much weight you need to lose. if you are serious ask for help on the Eat, Train, progress group. Sidesteel and Sara should be able to help you out.0 -

On the off chance you're an actual person with feelings and goals and dreams, not just trolling:
Put your information into MFP. Include your daily "job" activity or lightly active, and lose 1 lb a week(recommended).
The number will show up on your food diary under "Your Daily Goal". Eat that number of calories. When you exercise it will go up. Just eat to that number or close to it.0 -
