Hi All,

I have had this dvd for a while, but now I am on MFP what should I put that type of excerise that is on the dvd?

    Which DVD? You can log it as Aerobics general or calisthenics, not sure.

    I would say aerobics general. But be careful, MFP likes to over estimate the calorie burn. Some only eat 3/4 to 1/2 their calories back.

    in order to get an accurate calories burned during your exercise whether it be dvd, run, gym, etc id recommend getting a heart rate monitor that counts calories burned as well. the polar ft4 or ft7 are the best in my opinion as ive owned both and currently use and love the ft7
