The trainer at my gym is leaving!! :(

I do his boxing class (which he is keeping) but he is stopping the circuits that I do on a Sunday. Me and some of the other class were thinking that we probably know all the things we need to do, we just need to get together to do them. So, I was thinking of putting a book together to circuit type workouts (I already have a little book of strength training sets). This guy just turns up and reals off a list of exrecises and they just work, so I need to try and set them down. In doing that, I thought I'd share:

DO EACH SET OF FIVE EXERCISES 5 TIMES, THEN 10, 15, 20, 25 AND 30

push ups on the stepper
squats
barbbell squats
sits ups
jumping jacks with 2X5kg dumbells

Get a drink

DO EACH SET OF FIVE EXERCISES 5 TIMES, THEN 10, 15, 20, 25 AND 30

mountain climbers on the stepper
jump squats
overhead press with barbell
kettlebell swings
one arm kettle bell overhead press
jumping jacks with overhead press with 2X5kg dumbell

Get a drink

DO EACH SET OF FIVE EXERCISES 5 TIMES, THEN 10, 15, 20, 25 AND 30

sit ups
leg raises
bicyles
leg raise with a butt lift

I burned 445 calories in 50 minutes
