I need help!

I train five times a week and have seen no difference in my shape, by putting what I eat into the fitness pal I do not eat nearly enough. This is where I seem to go wrong I always thought eating less was better. Can anyone give me some hints and tips please

    What are your stats? How long have you been using MFP? Can you open your diary? We need more information to help you out.

    Set up your MFP profile, choose your calorie goal, and start logging everything you eat and drink.

    Ok thank you, i will try this throughout the week and see how I get on. Can I ask are you supposed to eat more when you exercise 5 times a week??

    Generally speaking, yes. You can either track your exercises and eat back your calories or you can use TDEE based on your activity levels.
