Fast low-cal meal ideas?

When it comes to breakfast and snacks, I tend to have healthy things down pat. For breakfast I will have 2 slices of turkey bacon and 2 eggs. Sometimes I may have a piece of fruit with it. For snacks I will have some veggies and hummus, fruit, or a fiber bar if I want something chocolate-y. But I struggle when it comes to actual lunch and dinner options. I'm usually out in town when I am eating lunch so I will eat fast food. My favorite fast food meal is a small chili with 4 crackers and a 4 or 6-piece chicken nugget from Wendy's (about 400 cal). If I'm eating at home I usually have 2 turkey sandwiches on 35 calorie bread. Simple. A little too simple sometimes, though. And for dinner I will have 2 turkey sandwiches (if I haven't had them for lunch, of course), or 2 small baked potatoes, or a Healthy Choice frozen dinner.

Are there any simple, fast, relatively cheap options that I can make just for myself?

When I'm dieting I'm averaging between 1,000 - 1,300 calories a day. I'm not really hungry when I'm dieting, but the same foods over and over again can lead me to eating things I shouldn't be.
