Just had a baby!

I just had a baby 2 months ago and I am getting back to it! I am running 3 times a week for 30 min! I haven't lost anything! Plus I'm nursing! So I thought I would give calorie counting a shot! Any tips from anyone? Any tips from new moms or anyone who has been in this same situation ?

    I just had baby number four four months ago. I too am getting back into the swing of things. I don't focus so much on calories as much as healthy choices and portion sizes. I also do weight exercises three times a week and leave the kids with hubby one night a week to do Zumba. I love it!!! If you just find something you love and stick with it great things will happen. I have lost fourteen pounds in six weeks. Keep at it and the pounds will start to leave
