If my calorie limit is 1300

Depends on wether or not and how much you exercise. I would advise eating half of your exercise calories back.

It's a target, not a limit. Try to eat 1300. If you go a little over, it's not a huge deal. Try not to eat less than 1200.
And if you're exercising, with such a low calorie target, you should eat back some of those calories you burn. Aim to NET at least 1200. Meaning, if you eat 1300, but burn off 300, then you've only net 1000 calories, which is not healthy if you're doing it regularly. (Every once in awhile is fine.)
Also, if you find it's not enough food, and you're getting crazy hunger and cravings, or feeling weak, tell MFP that you want to lose fewer pounds per week. (I am guessing you set it to 2, which is very aggressive.)
