Hi everyone! I am so excited about this site, trying to figure out calories and the MACROS are like full time jobs! I started about a month ago working toward my goal of entering a National Competition, NPC, bikini or figure division in Pittsburgh! I am 51 and have raised 5 children mostly myself since my teens, so this is a long time coming and I am more than determined! I look forward to meeting everyone and discussing our goals and accomplisments! I believe in don't wish for it, work for it! Pamela
