Looking for motivation

i just quit my job and came back home with my kiddos that I missed. I put my healthy habits on hold while at work and my stomach looks and feels bigger. I have a problem with motivation and being lazy but I really want to find out what works for others as far as routine at home work outs with young children around. I want to do more relaxed work out to start with and really just lose belly fat and tone and with nutrition I need to cut out most carbs and about half the sugars. I'm just not quite sure how to do all of this.
