Just for today, minday,
Run 5 miles
Drink water throughout the day
Snack on fruits and almonds
Keep a positive mindset no matter how my day goes!

    Good luck with those goals mate.
    I'm hoping to get a five mile run in today too. I'm really looking forward to listening to some new albums I've just purchased on my Ipod so that should get me through.
