i was wondering if anyone knew what mfp is classifying as active and very active? How many days a week and fornhow long? Reason being i originally put active in my profile but i just changed it to very active because im working out vigorously 6-7 days a week. When i changed to very active my daily calorie goal rose from 2,010 calories to 2,360. My main goal is weight and fat loss. So my question is if my goal is weight loss, should i keep my daily calorie intake at the 2,010 a day Or increase to 2,360 because i am very active? I dont wana stall my weight loss at all and after 28 days im down about 7-8lbs. Any insight would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
