Hi there,
I was just wondering if anyone out there had some tips for me? I went from a size 24 to a size 14 last year (losing five and a half stone) for my wedding and since then I've put about a stone back (thanks to a long bout of ill health) on so I'm starting again and I'm aiming for 11 stone now with the plan to keep working afterwards to keep the weight off properly.
I was just wondering if anyone had some suggestions to get the ball rolling again. I'm tracking all my foods through myfitnesspal again, at the moment I'm swimming once a week and doing something light like yoga 3 times a week (bearing in mind I work part-time as a waitress so there's some exercise there too) and I bought a hypnosis app to help curb my excess appetite.
I have been a bit naughty over the last few months and I've been having a takeaway every week so that's gone, and I'm aiming for a calorie intake between 1,200 and 1,600. So far I'm doing well on keeping the fat down (particularly saturated fat because I tend to get most of my fat from nuts), and I'm having around 70-80g of protein a day.
Anything I'm missing? I've lost weight to get to 14 stone, but it's been a VERY long time since I've been below that!
