My favorite is non-fat plain greek yogurt with blueberries and walnuts mixed in
Second favorite is garlic/dill cannellini bean dip with carrots and celery
Third favorite is sliced apples with 2 tbsps of peanut butter
Just some ideas0 -
I do string cheese, apples, special k cracker chips, teddy grahams, bananas, pudding packs or yogurt.0

triscuits & skinny cow cheese (105 cal)
homemade protein bars (96 cal)

Graze snacks. If I don't have any, it's often a Greek yogurt with an apple (or a piece of cheese and an apple), or baby carrots... depends on how many calories I have left.0
-
apple, banana, orange, strawberries, trail mix, crackers but I often cave in and either buy something sweet or eat a doritos (1oz only)0
-
Beef jerky is great, it's almost entirely protein. Mixed nuts are good too, they're high in fat so they are quite filling.0
-
Clementines0

I like Kar's All Energy Trail Mix. But really, when I'm trying to lose weight, I prefer to avoid snacks while I'm at work.0
-
Pistachios
Cottage cheese
Yogurt with berries
Cucumbers with hummus
Toast with peanut butter0 -
Mozzarella cheese sticks, carrots and celery with a dip, apples, trail mix I've made at home.0
-
I buy the portion size baggies at the store for my trail mix.0
-
I love baby carrots, fruit, pudding cups (tried to love yogurt, but simply cannot stomach it), KIND bars (low sugar content, unlike lots of other protein bars), and peanut butter sandwiches.0

You may not like my answer: Don't snack at work. Break the habit of turning to food when you are bored or stressed. Drink water. Get up and walk around. Call your SO. Check facebook. Make a new habit for coping and break the one that contributed to you being here in the first place.0

Peanuts that I have to shell myself. I shell them then weigh them.0
-
I love Apples with peanut butter, almonds, and Ranch Veggie Sticks that replaced potato chips for me.0
-
baby bel cheese, apple, almonds, carrots, grape tomatoes, some times a protein bar0
-
Snap peas are my current addiction. Blackberries, grapes, other tasty fruits. Homemade hummus on crackers, veggies, or pitas. I like to toast 50 calorie flax pita with a little spray "i can't believe it's not butter" and garlic powder. Tastes like garlic bread!0

@peter56765 And you may not like my answer but if a person is hungry, they can and will eat/snack at work.
There's absolutely nothing wrong with that.0 -
for a salty snack, tomato slices with seasoning of choice, basil and feta. Maybe a drizzle of olive oil if I need to boost some fat intake or keep seasoning in place. For a sweet snack, cinnamon/sugar popcorn homemade0

Beef jerky, full fat greek yogurt, freeze dried peas (because I don't like moist peas, lol), blackberries, blueberries, carrot sticks (I like to dip them either into greek yogurt or hummus). I work in a supermarket, so I've been eating these Brussel Bytes made by Wonderfully Raw Gourmet Delights. I ordered dry roasted edamame recently and it's supposed to arrive this week, so we'll see how that goes.0

Personally I love string cheese and greek yogurt. But if you're trying to lose weight, it's best to try to wean yourself off of snacking at work. It is SO easy to overeat while you're working! I've started taking a small bag of peanuts, carrot sticks, etc. to my office, then leaving my debit card/cash in my car so it's inconvenient for me to go get them just to buy a snack. That way, I only eat what I brought!0

Progreso lite soups are 60 calories and between 12-15 carbs per cup, easy to heat and very filling! Kroger carb master yogurts are 60 calories and 4 carbs per container and very yummy. Also packed with 9 grams of protein. Lite laughing cow Swiss cheese has 35 calories per wedge and 1 carb, plus 5 grams protein. Slather it on some celery or a few non salted saltines lastly 4 pieces of sliced deli turkey is 50 calories, 2 carbs, and 9 grams protein. And pretty tasty.0

It's weird but I lovvvvvveeeee cucumbers with quinoa on top... it's my go to when I know I need carbs.0
