Getting Back Your Streak Status

Okay. So say someone logs in for 21 days. Then one day they log in, but don't log meals. The next day they are reset to 1 day, despite having logged in the previous day. Is there a way to reset the streak? Seems like a mistake because they actually logged in.

Send a message to MFP, they should fix it for you.0

Logging food has nothing to do with the streak counter; a user only needs to log in each day prior to midnight of the time zone chosen in the user's profile for the streak to be continued.
