I know the response you will get with this question. "eat at a deficit" and truly it is really the only answer to the question. Keep losing fat and eventually it will come off the midsection. usually the last to go for most.0

You can't target where the fat comes off, your genetics determines where it comes of first. Unfortunately, the stomach is often the most stubborn.0

You can't spot reduce. Your body has a lot of fat in places you may not realize. If you lose weight evenly, the places that have the most fat will seem like the last to lose it.0

ive lost 30 pounds but its all from my torso. if this keeps up im going to look very strange, and just not a heck of a lot i can do about it LOLOL
you can do ab workouts to strengthen and tone those muscles, but you can not spot reduce fat (sadly)0 -
