    wonderful story! congrats on your achievement and finding what works for you! thanks for sharing! and i can totally believe the weight requirements for the LDS missionaries. while i was in high school we lived in some apartments and one of neighboring apartments was leased by the church and housed missionaries. Those guys had to put in a lot of physical activity daily riding their bicycles around the neighborhood, that would've been a lot harder on them if they were heavier.
