I just joined the community and just a little about myself I'm Aj im 28 years old I've been working out for about a week getting ready for the summer I workout at the gym focusing on upper body and abs I also play tennis,walk and do some light jogging my diet is on the healthier side I do try to live a healthy and fit life but I definitely have alot to learn so will stay connected for sure looking forward to sharing and helping others :)
