Hello everyone, My name is Mike-I have always worked out since I was in high school and still do to this day. I have weighed in my adult life as much as 280lbs (stay at home dad for five years) and as little as my current weight 203lbs. I joined this site because I hit a plateau in my weight loss and haven't lost any weight for the past four months. In the past five days I have done a lot of reading on this site and have figured out a few issues with my current diet. I am now at war with sodium-Wish me luck!!
