My goal & plan

Ok so after reserving various weightloss calculators it seems that it's possible for me to lose 10lbs if not more if I eat 700kcals a day and burn exercise 5 times a week? Anyone have success with this?

    Eating less than 1200 calories (1500 for men) is incredibly unsafe UNLESS you are doing so because a medical professional has recommended it and that medical professional will be monitoring you.

    What you are proposing is essentially starving yourself so you'll lose weight.

    Don't do it.

    Eat at a moderate deficit, exercise if you wish, and you will still lose the weight. Not as fast as you may want to, but it will come off and you won't be killing yourself.

    You likely won't have success long term. That's not enough calories per day to get proper/adequate nutrition. Can have harmful side effects-like excessive loss of muscle, damage to hair/nails/skin, loss of energy...

    OP - if you really think this is a good idea, you need to talk to someone as this plan suggests you have not really recovered from your eating disorder.

    You're going to have a hard time doing much meaningful exercise on 700 calories a day. And unless those calories are pretty much all protein, you're going to be burning away a lot of lean body mass.

    You sure you want to go down this path?

    How much did you say you wanted lose per week?
    I used to do alternate day fasting, 500 calories every second day. There is no way I would or could do that everyday. Besides the terrible health side effects that would come along with it, it would be a miserable existence. I'm not sure where you're going to find the energy for exercise???
    You'd need more than 700 calories if you were lying there in a coma....

    What's the rush? Losing weight is a fun, exciting and interesting experience. Don't kill yourself trying to do it. Sit back, relax, eat right and have fun!
