Calories burned during the 21 Day Fix Extreme (2 week average)

This is just for anyone who is looking for this information. This is my favourite Beachbody program so far.
I'm on week 3 and my heart rate monitor is acting up so I will post the average so far.
My height: 5'4"
My weight: 153-152
Resting heart rate: 70ish
Monitor: Polar FT7
Workout length: 30 minutes
Mondays: Plyo Fix Extreme - 236 calories
Tuesdays: Upper Fix Extreme - 173 calories
Wednesdays: Pilates Fix Extreme - 97 calories
Thursdays: Lower Fix Extreme - 249 calories
Fridays: Cardio Fix Extreme - 240 calories
Saturdays: Dirty 30 Fix Extreme - 203 calories
Sundays: Yoga Fix Extreme - 78 calories

It's extreme. It hurts. You drip in sweat after. But it's not impossible.

thank you for the post,I had seen some other posts about the calorie burn with 21 day fix and they where like almost 200 calories off.I was nowhere near them,it left me wondering what i was doing wrong,but when i saw ur post i was happy that i am, not alone .i guess everybody is different :-)0 -
Is this for 21DF extreme calories or the regular one?0
