Exercise vs intake balance

I've been on MFP FOR 6 days now. So far Ive been on point with my caloric goal and been doing semi intense cardio between running and surfing. I've been burning quite the amount of calories while keeping my intake within range and my results have been great! I've had plenty of energy and for some reasons I had don't have any type of cravings that would set me back. I've done carb less diets and it's not only hard to function throughout my day but was difficult to see any good results other than long term efforts. Juicing... Well.... That's a different story. I did it for a month and my wife said I looked like a bobble head lol! Guess I lost too much weight. Anyway I like MFP and I feel great and I hope you all continue to find success!
