Hello out there!
Is anyone doing this and seeing results? I am on week one and I have only lost 2 pounds far fewer than advertised and I would like to hear from others if the journey is worth it.
Plus I started to train for a race and I would like to know if anyone does other cardio besides the 30 minutes post dinner.
Thanks for helping

Lol this seems too good to be true 30 pounds in 30 days ... sorry to say it but it's not a good plan, when it recommend you loose up to 2 pounds a week.
A very obese person could loose 30 pounds in 30 days, but I doubt they could do high intensity exercise, like the book asks you to do.
If you have 75+ lbs to lose 2 lbs/week is ideal
If you have 40-75 lbs to lose 1.5 lbs/week is ideal
If you have 25-40 lbs to lose 1 lbs/week is ideal
If you have 15 -25 lbs to lose 0.5 to 1.0 lbs/week is ideal
If you have less than 15 lbs to lose 0.5 lbs/week is ideal0 -
Two pounds is awesome, nice job.0
