Hi everyone,

I've been using MFP on and off about a year, but just really started in earnest again. I need to lose about 25 lbs. I've been trying to increase my protein and started doing some weight lifting. I'm really hope this gets things going.

I've been a vegan/vegetarian for a while, but I'm really thinking that I need to add some more protein to my diet.

Any suggestions or feedback would be greatly appreciated.
