Hiya all, here I am AGAIN on MFP trying to lose some pounds and get healthy. I'm looking for like minded friends who can help me get and stay on track. I'm going to be brutally honest, I love food and hate exercise. I used to love exercise when I was younger and I need to find that love again I think, but I'm finding it increasingly hard with 3 kids and a husband who always has something to say about what I put in my mouth or what I'm doing (or not doing). To start with I'm going to focus on eating smaller portions, having more smoothies and healthy foods and start a weight lifting regime (love lifting, hate cardio). If anyone wants to join me in this bloody tough journey of both the mind and body then don't hesitate to add me to your friends!
