2 months in and hitting a plateau

I'm down 20lbs but for the last 2 weeks been going up and down between 3lbs. I can't lose my lead in my weight loss challenge.

    That pretty much explains it. I've been stuck in the same 5 pound range for a bit, partially my own doing and I'm aware of it, but also in part because the dynamics change. I've lost 30 pounds, my caloric needs now are not the same as 30 pound ago. I also started a new job going from being a sedentary stay at home mom to being on my feet walking around a classroom and playground 8 hours a day. I just have to find my balance again, and realize that since I'm over halfway to my goal my loss is not going to be as quick as it was when I started, and to expect the same losses now is not going to do anything but emotionally destroy me.

    Don't focus on the scale.. look in the mirror you could just be trading fat for muscle.
