Looking for high calorie shake recipes for whenever I'm put of my boost plus , please anyone.

Banana, hemp hearts, high calorie protein powder, milk, avocado
Banana=90 calories for a half
Hemp hearts: 120 calories for a tablespoon
Chocolate protein powder (your choice, estimate = 150 calories)
Milk= 90 calories per cup
Avocado= 50 calories per tablespoon
Makes about 2-3 cups of smoothie.
Comes to about: 501 calories for a smoothie.
If you want more calories. Add melted dark chocolate. It's low in sugar, carbs, fats, salt, and about 1 ounce = 170 calories for 70-85%.
