I did 3-4 classes at my local YMCA and I actually liked it. The only reason I haven't been back is I had to start training for a race. Once I'm done with my 10-K race next month, I'll thinking of taking classes again. It is a lot fun. Good luck to you.0

I loved Zumba but couldn't keep up after I developed heel spurs. I can do it at the time, but I can't walk the next day. Its a shame because it was fun.0

I love Zumba. I do it about 3 times a week now (used to be 5-6 times) but it's getting to the point where it isn't challenging enough. So, now I just do it for fun.0

I love zumba usually go 2-3 days a week my fav night is Thursday with a great high intensity awesome instructor that kicks my *kitten* every time0

I LOVEEEEEE Zumba!!!! I use to do it 5x a week but, like someone else said, it stopped being challenging but I still go twice a week just for fun.0

Zumba is my favorite workout. I go to four classes a week. It's a great way to workout and shake your booty at the same time.0

I LOVE Zumba. I've been to one actual class, but I have played a LOT on my XBOX. That totally counts. Last year I had kidney surgery so I'm only just getting back into Zumba. After gaining quite a bit of weight and being short in size, I need some motivation. I know that Zumba will get me back in shape, I just need to stick at it.
For the last 2 weeks I've been doing short high intensity bike work outs to get me back into the swing of things, then I did my first Zumba workout in so long on Friday. 20 minutes and I was sweating like crazy, but I really enjoyed it.0
