Hi all, I need help to stay focused, I'm keen to get fitter but I find it hard to stay focused and motivated.
It would be good to hear from others like me.
My danger times are at night when I snack then I feel deflated in the mornings.

Since you know you like to snack at night, plan for that and work it into your calorie allowance .0

Thanks guys, I have prepared my snacks in advance now, so when I'm feeling peckish, the 'convenience food' is now a lot healthier.0
