Back to MFP after hiatus

Hi All

Left MFP a little over a year ago to give myself a break but wanted to get back to supporting others and receiving support.

I started my WL journey 2yrs or so ago at 300+ lbs. I am presently hovering around 190lbs. I do various workouts that include kettlebells, sandbag training, martial arts, krav maga and weightlifting

If you need support, please add me. I would love to help you out as much as I can and offer advice on how I achieved my goals. I am not a professional and I am pretty down to earth, so don't hesitate.

I would also appreciate any support too that you can offer!
