I just made the BEST smoothie!

Just thought I'd share it with you all :) it's not particularly original in any way, but it was filling and delicious!!

Ingredients:
-100g fat free greek yogurt
-1 banana, peeled
-60g frozen mixed berries
-Half cup (15g) Vanilla whey protein powder
-20g kale

At 224cals and 23g of protein, I can see this coming up in my diary veeery often :yum:
