Shakeology or something similar...

anyone tried shakeology or something similar to that type of Shake? I need quick breakfast on the go so any ideas are welcome!

    A regular, run of the mill protein shake is going to be very similar to a shakeology shake or advocare or any of the MLM brands. The difference is that a non MLM shake usually contains more protein per serving (good) and cost anywhere from 25-75% less (very good). I find no reason to pay big bucks when something by cellucor, optimum nutrition, mts, or any of the other major protein powder brands gives you more bang for your buck.
