So...which do you think when faced with food that is not the healthiest?...."I shouldn't have it." "I can't have it." "I choose not to have it." And which do you think is the healthiest reaction?

It doesnt fit with my goals so I choose not to have it ofc, because im in control.
I can have it if I want and wont fret about it if I do. Stuff happens, its a lifestyle change so restriction is unhelpful and overrated.0 -
I usually choose not to have it. It's easier if its a choice and not a "rule" IMO. But if I choose to divulge, I work out extra to make up for it. For instance, I ate a goody cake yesterday, so I got back on the treadmill and sweated my butt off to make up for it. I'd rather it be a choice than a rule though.0
