Does anyone in MFP have a good idea of how many calories a good martial arts session might burn? Does anyone else think the ones provided by MFP seem a bit off the mark?
In this case I mean aikido and jiujitsu, but it would be great if people could share what they know about theirs too - it's an amazing way to do exercise!![:) :)](https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/resources/emoji/smile.png)

That really depends on how big you are, how efficiently you perform the techniques, how heavy your training partner is and what you are doing (drilling vs randori vs rolling). There is really no way to tell.0
