Hi my name is Erin and I'm new to MFP. I'm wanting to lose some weight, tone up and get into shape. I'm hoping this will help motivate me to do so.

I have been on here for like 50 days and it is definitely helping me stay a lot moe on trac. Add some friends for support. Log your food honestly and explore workouts. It is not an easy journey but it is a worthy one.0 -
