Last 20 pounds

I like to think that I've come a long way. I'm 25 years old, 5'10 and started my weight loss journey at 220 lbs about 7 years ago. In the past 3 years I was able to really focus and drop down to 170lbs! Woohoo! I've been stuck at 170 for a couple of months now and I would like to drop to about 150lbs. I work run 4-5 days a week, do weight training 3-4 days a week and keep my diet within 1200 calories. I would really appreciate it if anyone could offer some tips that may help me push past this wall and enter the 160's!!! I'm very motivated and try to push myself in all my workouts so maybe a little bit of motivation from MFP is what I need!

Well firstly, congrats on the weight loss. You should be proud! Well your diet is already at 1200, so I wouldn't recommend going any lower. Since you're weight training 3-4 days a week, could it be that your muscle mass is what's adding the weight to the scales? It seems you're also doing plenty of cardio so I can't see why you aren't dropping down. Have you been at 1200 for the last few months or just quite recently? You should also get your body fat checked, that would give you more insight. Or one more solution could be to remove carbs from your diet for a few months aswell.
