My first day on myfitnesspal!

Today I'm trying a new approach to my weight loss goal with myfitnesspal. I'm not overweight a lot - 10 lbs.- but am finding it harder and harder to "lose a few pounds" or maintain as I'm getting older. I turned 56 in January. Any words of advice?
