Heloo frends I m juhi....I am trying yoga many time before and fill a big diffrent in a short time but alway I can't stay on my trac....and live my gole. 2 year ago I reduce 8 k.g. in 25 day ....by doing yoga twice a day it was a big chang for me but agin I distrac...but this time I startet my wait loos journey... with full confidance that I will not qiut ....I startet my yoga rutin right now I startet ones in a day in morningand filing so light... andvery soon will incres for twice a day ..lets see what heppend this time hope for the best...I also watch my calory intake by mfp I am on 1200 cal.a day.. ...lets see how's the rejult come... and how many time it will be take...
