OK - so I'm back...

I'm not really new new to MFP having lost 40 pounds about 3 years ago and dropped 3 dress sizes.

Trouble is that having given up my office job to be a stay at home Mum and Foster Carer I'm now piling back on the pounds despite working out most days. My problem is that whilst I'm at home I just eat anything that's in the house.

I really need to get back to logging consistently and getting on the scales. Most of all though I need some help with accountability so if you need a friend and don't mind some mad 40 something English girl on your feed please add me!!
