Gym workout advice

Hi,

My gym I would say as most resistance training equipment. However, I feel I need a proper plan which lasts around 45 mins to get the most out of my workout.

Anyone got a plan they recommend I follow in the gym?

    Depends on what you want to do. Do you want to gaing muscle mass, stay toned, or lose weight? Have to find out what exactly you what your goal is first.

    I am 69kgs, want to get down to 65 kgs! Definitely want to tone up as well!
