I stopped loosing weight?

This is week 7 into my working out. I have lost 20 pounds so far and I weight 254 as of now.
I was (obviously) loosing weight six weeks prior, but from week 6 until now I haven't lost anything, not even an ounce.
I have not cheated on my diet and I do cardio six days a week for an hour or more
I usually eat like 1400-1800 calories and I am doing the 2000 calorie diet
Did I miss something? Why am I suddenly stopping? I am getting worried.
Is it really that hard to loose weight?

Weight loss is not linear. There will always be weeks where you don't lose/gain due to sodium intake, hormones (especially depending on where you are in your cycle), increase in exercise, sleep, stress, inaccuracies in logging, or other factors. You lost 20 pounds in six weeks, which is a HUGE amount, so congratulations to you!0

hve you tried varying your workouts? they say (the experts) that after about 3-6 weeks our bodies will get used to the exercise we give them, so it is best to change it up a bit.
I hate exercise parsa - i love the exercise machines at the gym like the crosstrainer, bikes, treadmill, steppers, etc but as I have three young children and work evenings i cant get to a gym, also would love to go out running but same reason not able to. So my exercise has to be something i can do with children in tow. Also since having my third and final child, I have had ongoing issues with hips and wrists so cant do anything which puts a strain on these (so much to my dissapointment cant use my husbands crosstrainer). I tried doing the Gillian Michaels 30 day shred but found i was spending most of it doing star jumps since i cant do press ups!! and after straining my neck trying to do one of the exercises decided probably not a great one for me to do at the mo! Though if you dont have these issues then would recommend my sister lost nearly a stone following the low impact for 30 days.
I walk to and from school 3 times a day 5 times a week which is roughly an hour each time, but as the pace can vary i just log it as 90min brisk 3.5mph walk a day. Up until about two weeks ago (due to health issues currently trying to rectify), I had also been doing dancing using the Wii fit, the first 3 weeks i was doing Zumba, then started doing Michael Jackson Experience. I will go back to doing the zumba again once health issues resolved, then change it to MJ after 3 weeks and keep alternating. If need be I will add in a third dance video or maybe a yoga video to keep it changed up.0 -
Also, try some weight and resistance training. Muscle will burn fat faster! I hit a plateau a few weeks ago so I beefed up some of my weight training and have since lost 6 more pounds.0
