Hi guys! So I've recently lost 26 pounds, gained a lot of muscle, and a ton of confidence. I'm still on my weight loss journey but I've learned so many great tools and great information that I would love to share with you all.

I'm super passionate about fitness and living a healthy lifestyle but believe me I was not always like this! I would love to help as many people as possible with their journey's and get some feed back from others on mine!
