well im jodie ive just joined now!
read through some posts,ppl are doing really well.
Im a mummy aged 22....my lil boys now 15months old.
I too have stretchmarks yuck...
i started slimfast on monday...so far so good...
really need help with decent meals for my main meal..thing is im soooooooo fussy when it comes to food...
i practically live off potatos...usually fries and crisp...also pasta...eeek
anyway just thought id say hi and hopefully meet some people to help keep eachother going!!
being part of a group,helping eachother really does work!

sooo hiiiiiiii everyone...

Im 5ft 10,weigh 10stone 10....so bmi is 21.5.....but still have the wobbly baby jelly lol
sooo far ive lost 1stone 1...before slimfast..

whats everyone else achieved so far and what plans are you using? diet&exercise..??

i go aqua once a week and walk for around 30mins a day..really need more exercise though

    I think a lot of the people on this site will recommend real food! Slimfast can be a good tool when you don't have time and need to replace a meal, but using it regularly and/or long term is not the best way to lose!

    Yeah i know just doing it so i know exactly how many calories im having,
    i eat real food in the evening...600cal main meal which is allowed...along with 3snacks and 2shakes....so.its not too bad.lol
