my goal is to lose 30 pounds. I have lost 25 so far and feeling great. I have being doing low carbs low sugar eating healthy. can you share what you have done that has helped you .

Firstly well done on the weight loss, exceptional effort.! I read a lot of advice but found my own way.
I try and meet or below my diary recommendation
I never eat back calories on purpose. If I want a snack I will but its not a deliberate 'eat back'. I earned them calories through sheer hard work so I not going to eat them again.
Support is crucial, people who will encourage and not the 'like' fans who think this is Facebook...real encouragement matters.
Exercise and not to the point of exhaustion but enough on a regular basis to make you sweat and heart racing.
Weigh everything you eat if possible and record everything....coffee and cream has calories too.!
Do not record your weight daily but weekly. A daily weigh check is okay to watch any trends..

Hi, well done on the weight loss so far. I make sure I keep below my daily target and eat sensibly. I'm trying to avoid carbs as much as I can. I'm doing a small amount of exercise each day and aim to run about 4 times a week when work allows. Most importantly I just try to use common sense when it comes to what I choose to eat. Having supportive friends is a big help too!0
