I can't believe that my weight has dropped so quickly!!!! I'm halfway to my goal weight of 218 pounds!! Thank you MFF and its members for your support!! :D

    In response to several posts on a diet, I set my calorie level at one pound weight loss a week. I had 1 or 2 days where I was over my caloric limits and introduced exercise (walking) with 11 hours in January, 9 in February and 12 in March with 45 minutes of cycling all outdoors. My starting weight was 278 pounds, today 248. I probably could carry my weight at 6'6.5" my goal is to hit 218 which would place my BMI below 25. My energy level at 218 was incredible and I could eat anything. My diaries are public...
