AN HOUR OF AQUA ZUMBA DOES ANYONE KNOW ?

    Completely depends on the person. I've never done Aqua Zumba. But I've done Zumba where my friend burned 700 calories and I burned 400. I'm guess it's a good burn though!

    No standard here. I weight 300 lbs...and am probably 10 lbs away from my ideal weight. I'd burn a lot more calories doing five minutes of jumping jacks that someone smaller than me....also effort factors in. Your best bet is to get a HRM.
