Wedding crunch time

OK so my wedding is in less than 4 months and yea I know it seems far away but not when I have an event for the wedding every weekend (I know it sounds bad but I kinda wish we just eloped and had a party this summer). So with the stress of the wedding, stress at work (I work at a marina and our busiest season is only a few weeks away), and trying to tone up and look amazing for the wedding I feel like my head is spinning pretty much every minute. I literally have been getting only a few hours of sleep a night and have been drinking a lot of coffee to compensate the lack of sleep. I know there are a million people in the world that have it worse than me and I'm not complaining in the least. Just wondering if anyone has been there and what they could suggest to stay on track with my diet & exercise and just be able to balance life!

Haha we have too much time and money invested to do that right now.

Just make sure you schedule your workouts just like you do your wedding plans. Have a set time and stick to it. Take an hour or so every Sunday to meal prep so you don't have to think as much during the week.

And get more sleep! All of this is pretty much worthless without sleep!
You don't want to look sleep deprived and heavily caffeinated on your wedding day! Hello dark circles and dull skin! GET SOME SLEEP! :-P

I have my wedding coming up in May, but it's super small so no worries.

It's a little difficult to stick to a specific work out schedule due to the fact that my fiance and I have a side business as well as our full time jobs... That doesn't help with the lack of sleep issue either haha.

    Congrats on your wedding!

I got married last year... my biggest advice is to try (I know... I know... it's tricky!) to not get too stressed about the wedding. You love your partner, and they love you. As long as you two get married at the end of the day, it was a success. Keep yourself organised and such, but try to remember that if every detail doesn't work out, it isn't the end of the world. I think too many people get worked up about the details and forget to keep in focus that the day is really about solidifying your love and partying it up with your friends and family.

Otherwise... take a deep breath and when you feel stressed out, go for a walk, or hit the gym. Think of it not as just another thing you have to do, but it's your down time.... a space where you can destress and just focus on you. If it means you have to schedule that time a few days a week, do that. Everyone, no matter how busy, needs time for them, and getting some exercise is a great way to do that.

At the end of the day too... remember your wedding is one day. Getting healthy is for a lifetime, so focus on just being healthy and happy. :)
