Strattera, decreased appetite, and working out.

I am on day 3 of Strattera, currently 18 mgs. I am very nauseated and decreased appetite, both normal in the beginning. However, I am trying to figure out foods/meals to eat that will continue to give me the energy I need to work out (6 week body weight training with some walking/running . . . kind of like Tough Mudder training). Over the past few days, I've probably thrown up about half of my calories. (Not intentional).
I am dealing with this for now because I know this is most likely temporary and the long-term benefit to me is going to be good. However, working out is also good for me, physically and mentally.
So, thought I'd see if anyone else has had experience with medicine that caused loss of appetite, nausea, etc. short term and how they managed it while trying to continue to eat enough calories and exercise?
